Keillen Ndlovu – Independent Property Analyst
Keillen Ndlovu has excelled in various markets, including local and developed economies, and has received several top-performance awards. Having commenced his property career at Standard Bank Properties in 2004, he moved to STANLIB, where he eventually assumed leadership responsibilities and managed property funds catering to retail and institutional clients. A key figure in the ascent of one the largest and most successful local and global property unit trusts in South Africa, he played an instrumental role in driving total assets under management to almost R30 billion during the height of the property market. He concluded his tenure at STANLIB at the end of 2021 and now operates independently, leveraging his knowledge and experience to make a substantial impact as a thought leader.
Eileen Andrew - Vice President: Client Coverage, MSCI South Africa
​Eileen’s role at MSCI provides her with a unique perspective on real estate investment strategy and portfolio optimisation. Now, as vice-president at MSCI, Eileen has experience working with both South African and multinational real estate funds, gathered from her 16 years with MSCI (previously IPD) both in South Africa and London. She holds a degree in Mathematics and Human Geography from Wits University. Eileen believes that the numbers tell the real story and that makes for better investment decisions.

Mahir Hamdulay - Head of Financials & Property Equity Research, Absa CIB
Mahir Hamdulay joined Absa in July 2019 as a Senior Equity Research Analyst focusing on the listed real estate sector. Prior to Absa, Mahir spent three and a half years at Mazi Macquarie Securities as a real estate Research Analyst. He has consistently received top ratings in the Financial Mail survey since 2016. Mahir is a Chartered Accountant and completed his articles at EY.
